Any member of the Board or any citizen may request that an item be taken from the consent agenda, discussed and acted upon separately during this meeting.

6. 6:20pm- District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action.
7. 6:30pm- Chief's Report, to include all Fire & EMS operations; this is a report only and not for action.
8. 6:40pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions.
9. 6:45pm - Firefighting/EMS equipment: Action may include approving the purchase, repair and/or service of equipment including airpacks, turnouts, apparatus repairs/reconfiguration, etc.
10. 6:50pm - Apparatus report: review District apparatus status report and recommendation on how best to utilize, repurpose, or dispose of equipment. Action may include approving repair, retrofit, or disposition of vehicles.
11. 6:55pm - Wildland: Action may include approving equipment and/or hiring needs.
12. 7:00pm - Surveillance System: Review updated recommendation on surveillance system. Action may include approval of surveillance system.
13. 7:10pm - Personnel Handbook: review suggested changes to Personnel Handbook. Action may include approving recent updates to the handbook including portions related to previously approved PTO changes.
14. 7:20pm - Kane County Hospital Mutual Aid agreement: reviewed proposed Mutual Aid agreement with Kane County Hospital. Action may include approving Mutual Aid agreement.
15. 7:25pm - Garfield County MOU: review proposed MOU with Garfield County for EMS service along Mammoth Creek road from Hwy 14 to SR 143. Action may include approving Garfield County MOU.
16. 7:30pm - District IT needs: review proposals for IT needs. Action may include approving vendor(s) for ISP, monitoring, security, support, etc.
17. 7:45pm - SBSU Line of Credit: review options for line of credit with collateral with SBSU. Action may include approving a line of credit with SBSU.
18. 8:00pm - Rules or Order: review revised Rules of Order. Action may include approving newly revised Rules of Order.
19. 8:10pm - Surplus Property: review status of additional lots owned in Swains Creek. Action may include approving sale or disposal of property.
20. 8:20pm - Hiring Needs: discussion of projected hiring needs through the end of the year. Action may include approving any needed positions, the hiring process, etc.
21. 8:30pm - Other Business
22. 8:40pm - Closed Session, if needed -- to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
