Public Notice Town of Sterling Surplus Property for Sale Description Condition: Used, good condition, works well when in regular use. 2006 Kawasaki Mule KAF400A64 610 (4X4). Buyer may submit a sealed bid to the Sterling Town Clerk via the drop box at 75 N 100 W Sterling Utah, 84665. You may also mail a bid to PO Box 650069 Sterling Utah, 84665. Item for sale until September 19th at 7:00 PM. All items are sold as-is/where-is and must be paid for within 5 working days after the auction has closed. Representation of condition is untested and un-clarified. No warranty expressed or implied. Your purchase is a contract. When you submit your bid, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item form the seller if you are the winning bidder. Sterling Town reserves the right to terminate an auction at any time for any reason. The Town reserves the right to withdraw any item(s) up to the time the item(s) are removed. The seller has the right to reject any and all bids at any time for any reason. Shipping information. The buyer must arrange for and pay for all shipping expenses. You are welcome and encouraged to inspect the item(s) for sale. The Mule will be parked at the Town Hall starting Monday September 11th. If you would like to drive the Mule be at the Town Hall Tuesday Sept 19th from 5-7PM and Mayor Pearson will be there with the keys. Opening of the bids will take place during Council Meeting on Tuesday September 19th. Council meeting begins at 7PM.
