Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matter: Site Plan - An application submitted by Fort Street Partners for a commercial site at approximately 1562 South 3000 West, comprising a medical office complex on approximately 1.82 acres in the General Commercial (GC) zone.
