Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Parks, Recreation, & Trails Master Plan request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City intends to prepare and adopt a general plan amendment and will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above-listed request. The plan would apply citywide. The purpose of the request is to review and adopt a new Master Plan to guide the future development of City Parks, Recreation, and Trails as part of the overall General Plan for the City.
The hearing will be held on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers. Affected entities are invited to provide information to the municipality to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the General Plan amendment concerning the impacts that the use of land in the proposed amendment may have, and information regarding uses of land within the municipality that the affected entity is considering that may conflict with the proposed plan amendment.
