Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that Meadow Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday September 12, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Meadow Town Firehouse.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening ceremonies (three minute limit)
2. Review of minutes- 07/11/2023
3. Jill Averett presentation: Meadow welcome sign (ten minute)
4. Work on annexation application (changes from the council and legal)
5. Other business
