EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 17.48.110, Repeal Date. An amendment to remove the repeal date for the Regional Technology and Industry Zone. Eagle Mountain City Point of Contact: Marcus Draper, mdraper@emcity.org. - Master Development Plan Amendment. Amending and restating the Development Agreement for the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center to change phasing, road construction, fencing, and landscaping (Utah County Assessor No. 59:044:0186). Eagle Mountain City Point of Contact: Steven Lehmitz, slehmitz@emcity.org. - Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Title 16 and Title 17. Amending Title 16 and Title 17 as it relates to changes to subdivision approval authority, process, and noticing requirements of land use changes and street vacations in compliance with recent state code changes. Eagle Mountain City Point of Contact: David Stroud, dstroud@emcity.org. - Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 17.60.120 General Fencing Provisions. Amending Section 17.60.120 General Fencing Provisions, to adopt standards relating to construction of safety netting of commercial and residential properties adjacent to a golf course. Approving the Flagship Homes Harmony Multi-family site plan on Parcel 59:045:0144 with 226 units on 14.45 acres and vacating a portion of Delta Street/Daniel Street right-of-way. Amendment #1 to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget for the General Fund, Enterprise Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Debt Service, and Internal Service Fund. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
