Discussion and possible action for a land use agreement and easement conveyances, relative to a new soda shop development at 883 W Pleasant View Drive. (Presenter: Amy Mabey)

b. Sanitary Sewer Easement Conveyance.

7:15 P.M. 8. Amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule. Discussion and possible consideration to amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule for the following fees:
a. Remove the payment of the Plan Check Initial Fee on building permits.
b. Remove the Concept Plan Review Fee for subdivisions/developments.
c. Remove the Traffic School Fee.

The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
