PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 beginning as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a proposal by Benjamin Wheat to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately 2.88 acres of property located at 4930 S Westmoor Rd, Holladay Utah. from the current P (Public) zone to R-1-10 (Residential Single-Family) zone. . PLEASE NOTE: The commission will provide a recommendation on this item ONLY to the City Council for consideration during the meeting on September 19th. The City Council will hold their public hearing on September 21, 2023. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a proposal by applicants Daniel Kemp, Choompone Watchalotone, and Kevin Holman to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately 3 separate properties, totaling .65 acres, located at 1) 4437 E Butternut Rd, 2) 2475 E. 4500 S., and 3) 2485 E. 4500 S. from the R-1-8 and R-1-10 Zones to the R-2-8 Zone. The properties are not being combined and will remain in separate ownership. The purpose of the third hearing is to consider a proposal by applicants Stephanie and David Bywater to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately 2 separate properties, located at 1) 4980 S Holladay Blvd and 2) 4990 S Holladay Blvd from the R-1-43 Zone to the R-1-10 Zone. The properties are .55 and .70 acres and are non-conforming to the current zone. The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT, 84117.
