- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 4, 'Health & Sanitation' chapter 2, 'Garbage & Refuse', section 2, 'Collection of Garbage in Wellsville City.
