- Mona City Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing Wednesday, August 2, 2023 7:00 pm (City Council Room, 20 W. Center St.) 1. Discussion Items: -Land Use Ordinances Proposed Changes from 2023 Utah State Land Use Bills: o Update specifications for local, residential roads to require no more than 32 feet of asphalt, except in limited cases (turnaround/cul-de-sac/intersections/high-traffic adjacent use). o Internal accessory dwelling units must have a shared wall or attached garage sharing a wall. Fence permit requirements are only required for fences higher than seven (7) feet.
