NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Minersville Planning Commission on Monday September 18, 2023 starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main Street, Minersville Utah. The Public Hearing will be to discuss proposed zone changes. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items. 1. Consider a Zone Change, from Multiple Use District M-U-10 to Single Family Residential R-1 for Andrew Marshall, Parcel #04-0005-0058 located at 84 East 300 South. And Daniel Cluff, Parcel #04-0005-0013 located at 62 East 300 South, Minersville Utah. 2. Consider a Zone Change, from Multiple Use District M-U-10 to Multi Family Residential District R for Abimael Garcia, Parcel # 04-0005-0010 located at 38 East 300 South, Minersville Utah. 3. Consider a Zone Change, from Open Space to Multi Family Residential District R for Lamont F. Jonsson, Parcels #04-0012-0010, #04-0012-0011 and #04-0012-0012 located in the vicinity of 365 South 100 West, Minersville Utah. 4. Consider a Zone change, from Multiple Use District and Open Space to Multi Family Residential District R for Minersville Land and Livestock, a portion of Parcel #04-0011-0007 located in the vicinity of 50 East 400 South, Minersville Utah. Zoning map and zoning uses are available for review at the Minersville Town Office. The owner of any real property within the area proposed to be amended on the Zoning Map may file a written objection to the inclusion of their property to the Minersville Town Council. Written objections must be submitted no later than 10 calendar days after the public hearing which will be held September 18, 2023 to the Town Clerk at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main, PO Box 159, Minersville Utah 84752 __________________________________ Cherie C.
