Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-205, notice is hereby given that Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to an application to amend the Zoning Map by Quick Trip for a parcel located at approximately 1663 West 12th Street (Parcels: 150650046, 150650065 and 150650070) from Manufacturing (M) to C-2P (Commercial). Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
