Notice is hereby given that the governing board of the Jordanelle, Twin Creeks, North Village, Strawberry Lakeview, Strawberry Ranch and Owl's Nest Service District will have a public hearing on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m., in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider a proposed construction permit fee. The fee will cover the District's administrative, operations, and maintenance costs associated with construction fees. The purpose of the hearing will be to explain the reason for the proposed fee and to hear comments on the proposed fee.
