1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance. 4. September a. Senior Council meeting September the 5th b. 7 lunch bunch with a Trip to Family Search Center in Lehi c. Lunches served Sept 6,13/14.20,21,27,28 d. Oil painting every Wednesday at 10 AM Quilt and puzzle available also every Wednesday e. Thursdays Puzzle and Quilt, with painting with no instructor. f. Bingo September 18 with a pot luck dinner g. Sept 25th Scott Drummond to speak about his book, i. Refreshments finger foods provided by Council 5. October activities a. Oct 3 senior council meeting 10 AM b. Oct 5th lunch bunch at The Feast Restaurant in Orem, 11:30 Arrival c. Oct 4,11,12,18,19,25,26 Lunches served at 12 Noon d. October 16 Bingo with pot luck dinner e. October 23 Meet the candidate night with candidates for city council f. No activity on Oct 30th. 6. Report on Assignments a. Plans for the Horse pit will go forth, only concern now is it will be the senior's responsibility to keep the area clean. Do not want this to become a trash collecting area. b. Hand rail was installed it is great the seniors love it. c. Blinds, Valances and bulletin board have all been installed d. We want to purchase 2 large umbrellas to escort seniors to cars in bad weather. e. We will have an activity in November doing thanks giving baskets on November 20th with bingo on the 27th. Possibly a Christmas dinner. Next council Meeting will be Oct 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM
