- Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to change the zoning from R-1-10 (Single Family 10,000 square foot minimum lot size) to R-3 (Multiple Family) on approximately 0.29 acres to create consisting zoning on this 0.59-acre parcel. This property is generally located at 151 West Sir Monte Drive. The applicant is Tonaquint, Inc. The project will be known as Sir Monte Drive Zone Change. Case No. 2023-ZC-012.
