Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING SEPTEMBER 13, 2023, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a conditional use application submitted by Tyler Olsen. T-150-A-2-B-1 current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20. 2. Public input is sought on a nightly rental application submitted by Ken Ellsworth. Tax ID #T-10-D, current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residential. 3. Public input is sought on a nightly rental application submitted by Beau Drury. Tax ID #T-47-A-1, current zoning is R-1-12 Single Family Residential. 4. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2023.XX - Amending and restating sections 8-2 thru 8-7 of Title 10, Chapter 1 of the Toquerville City code regarding the noticing requirements of the city. 5. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2023.XX - Planned Commercial Zone to establish an allowed use table for permitted uses and to clarify the application requirements. 6. Discussion on a zone change application submitted by Bob Lichfield. Tax ID #'s: - T-168-E approximately 4.20 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-168-B-2-D approximately 28.03 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-149-A-4-A approximately 19.60 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-149-A-5 approximately 12.99 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-149-A-3 approximately 5.44 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-149-A-2-A approximately 10.88 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-150-A-2-B-1 approximately 5.00 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 - T-168-J approximately 9.77 acres current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20. Proposed zoning is PC Planned Commercial.
