- To be posted on Thursday, August 31, 2023, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Draper Box N Lock Site Plan request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 15037 S. Minuteman Drive. The purpose of the request is to approve a site plan for a new self-storage facility on an approximately 3.88-acre site in the M1 zone. The hearing will be on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall; 1020 E. Pioneer Rd.
