NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 31 North Church Street. The council will receive public comment regarding the following item:
A proposed vacation of the public utility easement along the rear of the property on Lot 25A of the Searle Meadows Subdivision - Lot 25 Amendment (1051 East 700 West Circle) as shown below.
After the public hearing, the council will have the opportunity to approve or deny the public utility easement vacation.
