- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on August 22, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-08-29 which amended Section 17.7.701 of the city code related to conditional uses in the Planned Industrial Zone. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 29th day of August 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
