Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that Mayfield Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss raising impact fees.
Mayfield Town will solicit comments concerning the rise in impact fees. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
The hearing will be held in conjunction with the regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mayfield Town Hall, 52 North Main, Mayfield, Utah 84643.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Amanda Bennett 435-851-7030 at least three (3) working days prior to this Meeting.
I, the duly appointed and acting recorder for the Town of Mayfield, hereby certify that copies of the above public notice were posted at three public places within the municipality this 29th day of August, 2023 which public places are:
