NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT
ON A PROPOSAL TO ADOPT THE UPDATED WEST HAVEN CITY ZONING MAP

PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 13th Day of September, 2023 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on a proposal to adopt an updated West Haven City Zoning Map. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
It should be noted that no rezoning of property is proposed at this time. The proposed amendments are to bring West Haven City into compliance with regulatory changes required by the State of Utah and to clarify the intent of West Haven City in regard to future annexations.
