Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing on Annexation Policy Plan Notice is hereby provided that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council has received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission to adopt a proposed Annexation Policy Plan in accordance with Utah Code Section 10-2-401.5. The Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold a public hearing on September 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah, to allow the public and affected entities to examine the proposed Annexation Policy Plan and to provide public comment input on it. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
