- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 7, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to vacate an existing sanitary sewer and storm easement located at approximately 1650 North Main Street and 1637 North 1575 West. If you desire further information regarding this proposal, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at (801) 336-3780.
