KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Symphony Development Corporation, who is requesting a zone change for 1864 South Sunset Drive from A-1 Light Agricultural District to R-1-20 Single Family Residential. The subject property is 5.27 acres (229,561 ft²) and current zoning requires lots to be a minimum of 40,000 ft² and could allow for no more than five dwellings. The rezone to R-1-20 requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 ft² which could allow no more than 11 dwellings. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
