- LOA TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING ON ADU AND IADU REGULATIONS Loa Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding an ordinance for accessory dwelling units and internal accessory dwelling unit regulations as now required by the State of Utah. The hearing will be held prior to the regularly scheduled planning commission meeting on September 7 at 5:45 pm at the Loa Town Hall.
