This Ordinance rezones the properties located at approximately 670 & 690 West 1700 South (12-297-0005, 12-297-0004, AND 12-065-0158) from M-1 (Manufacturing) to C-2 (Commercial) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.

This Ordinance amends the City's General Plan Future Land Use Map for the easterly 0.207 acres of the properties located at approximately 29 & 37 North Lakeview Drive (12-005-0003 & 12-005-0101) from Commercial to Residential.

This Ordinance rezones the properties located at approximately 29 & 37 North Lakeview Drive (12-005-0003 & 12-005-0101) from T-C (Town Mixed Commerce) to R-1-8 (Residential) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.
