CERTIFICATE OF POSTING)
STATE OF UTAH) SS:
COUNTY OF EMERY)
Background/Summary:
The Huntington City Council passed and approved Ordinance No. 02-2023 on April 18, 2023, as authorized by Utah Code Ann. § 10-8-2, to enact provisions regarding the Disposal of Real Property, including the notice requirements and public hearing requirements when a significant parcel of real property owned by the city may be conveyed or transferred. A typographical error misidentified the Utah Code provisions that applied. This Ordinance reenacts the same ordinance, but correctly cross-references to Utah Code Ann. § 63G-30-102 and Subsection 63G-30-102.5.
I, Jenene Hansen, do hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Recorder of Huntington City, State of Utah, and do further certify that the foregoing is a true and correct summary of Ordinance No. 3-2023.
