PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate the 10 foot public utility easements that envelop Parcel 1 (695 W 300 N) and Parcel 2 (751 W 300 N) of the Velasquez LTTL Subdivision to accommodate boundary line adjustments between properties. A replacement 15 foot wide public utility easement along 300 North Street is required. The public hearing will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
