TOWN OF LEEDS Planning Commission Meeting PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will occur at the Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. At the Leeds Town Hall 218 North Main Street, Leeds, Utah. The Leeds Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the above-mentioned date to consider the following proposed item: A. Amended Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application for Silver Creek Estates, A Planned Development Community, net development area 102.5 acres located in a portion of the Northwest quarter of section 6, Township 41 South, Range 13 West, S.L.B.M., and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the section 31, Township 40 South Range 13 West, S.L.B.M A copy of the amended subdivision preliminary Plat application for Silver Creek Estates is available for inspection at Leeds Town hall during normal business hours 9:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Thursday. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to be held in the Leeds Town Hall at 218 North Main street or present their views in writing to the Leeds Town Clerk/Recorder prior to the meeting. Certificate of Posting The undersigned Deputy Clerk/Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted August 23 , 2023.
