The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at 7:30 pm, or as soon as agenda permits, at the city offices.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Jocimar DeSouza to reduce the rear (west) and side (south) Public Utility and Drainage Easements on his property at 2369 N 830 West. Mr. DeSouza is asking to reduce the rear easement from 10 feet to 3 feet and the side easement from 5 feet to 3 feet so he can build an accessory structure 3 feet from the property lines.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to Recorder@wbcity.org prior to the meeting.
