- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 25, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-27: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4344 and 4358 West 3500 South ON 0.7 ACRES FROM A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) TO C-2 (General Commercial).' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
