- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 25, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-24: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) TO Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4301 West 4570 South ON 1.53 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
