The North Logan City Community Development Department hereby announces a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. A public meeting will be held for the following agenda item:
1. 1:00 PM Appeal Hearing and Action by the North Logan City Administrative Appeals Hearing Officer regarding an appeal to a land use decision made by the North Logan City Planning Commission on 2/2/2023 and 5/4/2023 to deny a conditional use permit requested by Joel and Eli Hopkins for a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit at 3270 N 1875 E, North Logan (Parcel ID: 04-134-0028).
This appeal hearing is open to the public, but is not a public hearing where public comment is considered.
