REGULAR MEETING OF THE VINEYARD LIBRARY BOARD Tuesday August 22, 2023, 6:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. EACH MEMBER SHARE A VALUE THAT INSPIRES THEM TO BE BETTER AND WHY 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1 ADOPTION OF LIBRARY BYLAWS AND POLICIES - Short discussion on a few questions 3.2 TRAINING Chairwoman Julie Gray will train Board Members on strategic planning. Are you a 'Rocker or a Rower'? 2.3 BOARD MEMBER ASSIGNMENTS Board President Julie Gray will review Board Member operations assignments including: Certification, Facilities, Programs, Fundraising/501c3, Collection, Communications and Advocacy, and At Large. 4. DISCUSSION 4.1 VINEYARD LIBRARY SURVEY Chairwoman Julie Gray will lead a discussion on implementing a library survey and motto for the library community. 5. REPORTS AND UPDATES 5.1 BOARD PRESIDENT AND MEMBER REPORTS 5.2 LIBRARY REPORT Communications Manager Kathryn Newman and Library Aide Valerie Popadich will report to the Board on the Library's summer activities. 6.
