PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council of Fillmore, Utah, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 6:50 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street in Fillmore, to consider opening and amending the Fillmore City 2023-2024 fiscal year operating budgets to account for and appropriate $50,000 from the Fillmore City General Fund unrestricted fund balance to the Flood Mitigation expense account for additional flood mitigation work to be completed by the Fillmore City public works department as a result of the 2022 Halfway Hill Fire. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comment regarding the proposed budget amendment. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments.
