E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items.
F. AGENDA ITEMS:
1. BRIAN HEAD RESORT MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold discussion on the draft Master Development Plan for Brian Head Resort.
2. ASPEN DRIVE WATER SERVICE DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on restricting water service to properties / subdivisions within the Town limits.
3. SKI HAVEN CHALET, UNIT B, BLOCK C 10' WALKWAY DEDICATION ORDINANCE. Lester Ross, Building and Planning Official. The Council will consider an ordinance dedicating a walkway in the Ski Haven Chalet Unit C, Block A Subdivision.
4. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH UTAH DIVISION OF FORESTRY, FIRE AND STATE LANDS FOR WILDLAND FIRE PROTECTION. Chief Dan Benson. The Council will consider a cooperative agreement with State Forestry, Fire and State Lands for wildland fire protection.
5. BUSINESS LICENSE AMENDMENT, CHAPTER 2A-14 TERM OF LICENSE FOR ALL OTHER BUSINESSES AND CHAPTER 2B REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Licensing Code changing the license term for All Other Businesses, except for nightly rental businesses and Chapter 2B Revocation and Suspension.
6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas.
