Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 21st day of August 2023 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows:

8. Review and possible action on the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and site plan approval request for the construction of an industrial building and associated site improvements on approximately 90 acres located in the vicinity of 415 Factory Street (Parcel Nos. 06-064-0007, 0010 and -0012)
