NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 21st day of August 2023 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Agenda 3. Call to Order Public Hearing for Rezone of Parcel 06-064-0007 of approximately 1.14 acres located in the vicinity of 531 West Factory Street from Agricultural Zone (A1) to Manufacturing Zone (M1) 4. Public Input/Discussion 5. Adjourn from Public Hearing 6. Call Regular Meeting Back to Order 7. Review and possible action on the rezoning request of approximately 1.14 acres located in the vicinity of 531 West Factory Street (Parcel No. 06-064-0007) from the agricultural zone to the manufacturing zone 8. Review and possible action on the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and site plan approval request for the construction of an industrial building and associated site improvements on approximately 90 acres located in the vicinity of 415 Factory Street (Parcel Nos. 06-064-0007, 0010 and -0012) 9.
