NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah; the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing concerning the request by James Jennings for a minor subdivision with 2 lots being divided from Parcel O-4-79B-ANNEX. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support of or in opposition of James Jennings to form a minor subdivision into the following 2 lots: Original Existing Parcel: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF US HIGHWAY 89, WHICH POINT IS NORTH 1329.52 FEET & EAST 338.02 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST OUARTER OF SECTION 17 TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH RANGE 7 WEST SLB&M & RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 70°13'16' EAST 229.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 44°08'42' FAST 279.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 12°37'42™ WEST 151.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 72°38'46' EAST 136.67 FEET; THENCE NORTH 10°24'00' WEST 213.00 FEET: THENCE NORTH 16°17'00' WEST 480.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 82°47'00' WEST 273.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 14°52'00° WEST ALONG SAID HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE. 247.00 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
