- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District will hold a public hearing to allow for public comment on: Proposed increase to the fee schedule: - Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste, $42 per ton - Special Handling Waste $95 per ton, $25 min. - Standard Certificate of Destruction $130 per ton, $50 min. - Certificate of Destruction with Additional Services $150 per ton, $75 min. All new rates will become effective January 1, 2024. The Public Hearing will be held at Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District, 3404 North 650 East, Layton, Utah 84041 on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Uniform Fiscal Procedures for Local Districts' and Utah Code Sections 17B-1-643 and 17B-1-609.
