- Notice is hereby given that the Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to review a Plat Amendment for the Aspen Meadows Southeast Neighborhood on September 5, 2023 during the regular meeting of the Brian Head Planning Commission scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. The proposed Aspen Meadows Southeast Neighborhood Plat Amendment is adding lots 66 and 67 and changes to Steam Engine Drive between lots 1 and 65 to connect the road to the end of the existing Steam Engine Drive. Brian Head Town is posting this notice as per Utah Code, Title 10, Chapter 9a, Part 2 and the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9, Chapter 1-8. Anyone wishing to view the information on the proposed Aspen Meadows Southeast Neighborhood Plat Amendment may do at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Anyone wishing to make comments on the proposed Aspen Meadows Southeast Neighborhood Plat Amendment may submit written comment to the Town Clerk by either email: nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov, or by mail to: Town Clerk, PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 No later than September 1, 2023 by 4:30 pm.
