- Public Hearing Notice The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Oakley Red Barn The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Master Planned Development application for Oakley City Center and 2 zoning change applications for OT-117(requesting Commercial zoning,) and OT-22/OT-31/OT-25 (requesting Commercial zoning)related to Oakley City Center project. Applications can be viewed at www.oakleycity.com. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 5:00 p.m. September 4, 2023. These comments will be sent to Planning Commission prior to meeting. For a copy of this notice, please visit: 1) www.oakleycity.com or www.pmn.utah.gov, 2) Oakley City Offices, 960 W. Center Street, or 3) call 435-783-5734. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Oakley City Planning Commission will hear this public hearing at the above time and place specified. Posted in 3 or more locations.
