NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting along with a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m.. 1) 7:00 –7:30 p.m. Public Hearing to Discuss Submitting an Application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for Funding of the Culinary Water Study, Culinary Water Improvements and Storm Water Study. 2) 7:30 p.m. Canvass 2011 Primary Election including Possible Approved Tie Break by Lot 3) 7:45 p.m. Proposed Approval and Administration of Oath of Office to of new School Resource Officer –Chris Sorensen 4) 8:00 p.m. Fieldstone Academy-Christ Forsythe, Director –Present Outline of the Academy’s Purpose, Policies and Programming for Informational Purposes to the City Council and Community 5) Discuss Beautification and other Zoning Issues –Zoning Administrator Rod Taylor 6) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-9, Designating and Appointing Election Judges, Setting their Compensation 7) Proposed Approval of New Swimming Pool Lifeguards – Council Member Brian Jensen 8) Discuss Information and Updates from ULCT Conference 9) Discuss Increase of Utility Delinquency Fees –Treasurer JoAnn Taylor 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
