- The following ordinance were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on August 15, 2023. ORD. 22-27 - (Palatial Living Storage Facility). Tyler Burns/Renewvate Realty LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a rezone of a 1.01-acre parcel from Mobile Home (MH) to Mixed Residential Traditional (MR-9) located at 675 North 500 West. ORD. 23-28 - (Cache Valley Marketplace) from Commercial (COM) to Commercial Planned Development Overlay (COM/PD Overlay) located at approximately 1300 North Main Street and a proposed Code Amendment to Chapter 17.27A: PD-1. These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
