- AGENDA August 17, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING The Board of Directors of the Fox Hollow Golf Club will meet on August 17, 2023, in the Fox Hollow Golf Club House, 1400 North 200 East, American Fork, Utah commencing at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome - Max Powell 2. Receive public comment. 3. Discuss mini-golf tournament results 4. Operations Report for July 2023 - Jaxson Taylor 5. Superintendent report on Grounds and Equipment- John Hansgren 6. Discuss/Review the following projects: a. Donor plaque for the new Outdoor Pavilion. Installation needs to be completed. b. Filter station for pressurized irrigation to be installed after the pressurized irrigation is shut off for the season. c. Discussion on two new storage areas under the south covered walkway. d. Discussion on possible new parking areas. Action Items 1. Review and action on approval of the July 20, 2023 board meeting minutes. 2. Review and action on the July, 2023 finance reports. - Stewart Reeve 3. Discussion on additional business items for placement on a future agenda. 4. Adjournment.
