- Public Notice Request for Qualifications: The City of South Salt Lake is seeking multiple qualified engineering firms to form the SSLC Professional Services Pool. Qualified firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and fee schedule to provide the engineering services outlined in the Scope of Work in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The firm(s) will work closely with the South Salt Lake City Engineering Department. SOQs will be accepted from various firms in order to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation. Complete and timely submittal of all required documents listed in the RFQ is required for the SOQ to be considered. The City of South Salt Lake will accept SOQs for the project until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 6th, 2023. SOQs received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. All submissions must be made through the Utah Procurement Place website (SciQuest). The Request for Qualifications can be obtained from SciQuest or the Engineer, Chris Merket at cmerket@sslc.gov after 9 a.m. on August 14th, 2023. The winning consultant will be notified by 5 p.m. on September 14th, 2023. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
