Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2023 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCTION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from meetings on July 19TH, 2023. 4.
