PUBLIC NOTICE
TO ALL LAYTON CITY RESIDENTS
AND INTERESTED PARTIES
In conformance with the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Layton City invites all interested parties to review the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Program for the Program Year of 2022-2023.
A copy of the Report is available for review at https://www.laytonecon.org/incentives/cdbg/ under Layton City Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2023 through Wednesday, September 20, 2023. A hard copy of the report is also available for review at the Community and Economic Development Department in the Layton City Center building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah 84040; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The City provides free communication assistance for non-English speaking persons and those who are hearing impaired who wish to review and comment on the CDBG Program and CAPER.
