- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday August 24, 2023 at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an existing right of way easement for utilities. This is a 10-foot-wide strip of land that runs from the westerly I-15 right of way, towards the west, to the Dudley Leavitt Apt located at 675 S 800 E Street, with an approximate length of one hundred feet. The Joint Utility Commission (JUC) has reviewed this request and has recommended approval.
