Description/Agenda: Francis City 2023 Municipal Election Francis City will elect one Mayor position and two City Councilmembers during the 2023 Municipal Election, which will be held November 21, 2023. The General election will be entirely by mail. The Mayor position will serve a (2) year term and each Councilmember will serve a (4) year term. I, Suzanne Gillett, City Recorder for the City of Francis, do hereby certify that the following individuals have met the qualifications to be candidates in the 2023 Municipal Election: MAYOR SEAT (2-YEAR TERM) Jeremie Forman COUNCILMEMBER (4-YEAR TERM 2 SEATS AVAIABLE) Sam Hunter Clint Summers Write-In Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, Francis City Building, Francis Community Building and www.francisutah.org.
