Any Planning Commissioner or Director may request that an item on the Consent Agenda be moved to the Public Hearing portion of the meeting for full discussion and separate consideration. Members of the audience will be given an opportunity to request full discussion and removal of an item from the Consent Agenda. Approval Of The Minutes from the meeting of August 10, 2023 PC 23-053 CAAK LLC BnB -Continued from the August 10th meeting. [Conditional Use Permit] Celeste Campbell/CAAK LLC, authorized agent /owner is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a 4-bedroom Short Term Rental for up to 10 people to stay for up to 30 days in a home located at 879 North 1400 East in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 07- 003-0014 (Hillcrest Neighborhood). PC 23-055 Flats Luxury Suites [Subdivision & Conditional Use Permit] Andrea McCulloch/Rooftop Investments LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a Subdivision Permit to subdivide a parcel into 2 lots, creating a flag lot for future development. The Conditional Use Permit is to operate a 4-bedroom short-term rental, for up to 10 guests to stay for no more than 30 days in the existing home located at 148 West 300 South in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone TIN; 02- 051-0010 (Woodruff Neighborhood). PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item.
